Designed to optimize the power and torque of the 660cc parallel twin engine, this system meets EC/ECE approval, making it fully Euro 5 compliant. With the catalytic converter located at the front of the pre-muffler, to ensure that the system fully complies with the regulations. The system has a plug-and-play installation without the need for remapping. Made from high-quality carbon fiber, lightweight titanium and high-quality stainless steel, the system was created using race-proven materials. Designed to emphasize the racing aspect of the bike, the system is 0.4 kg lighter than the original exhaust. Tests on the internal Akrapovič dyno, in consecutive runs of motorcycles equipped with a Racing Line (Carbon) exhaust and stock exhaust system, recorded an increase of 2.4 HP at 11,200 rpm and a gain of 3.6 Nm of torque at 4,550 rpm, which gives the rider a pronounced throttle response. Its deep, full and sporty sound, with its pulsating parallel twin pulses, offers the sensation of riding a motorcycle of greater capacity, making the Akrapovič Racing line (carbon) for Aprilia RS 660 the ideal exhaust for this medium-displacement sports car.
