An equipment necessary for balancing the wheels after changing tires. The frame is made of durable steel and the balance bar rests on 4 ball bearings. The locking cones are made from solid aluminium. The balancer is equipped with an air bubble for correct positioning of the instrument through the adjustable feet ensuring perfect balancing.
