The Type 3.5 adjustable footrests are the flagship model of the VMC range and are used by many riders in national and world championships. They are entirely made of Ergal 7075 T5 machined on CNC machining centers and are mainly recommended for track use. The footrests are designed to offer maximum grip, they are reclining but can be blocked via a screw system and are equipped with a protective nylon hemisphere as required by the regulations. The aluminum tips are covered in non-slip rubber and recline with spring return. The gear and brake levers are machined to be lightened and are both mounted on 2 ball bearings to reduce friction to a minimum. A slide system has been adopted for both the gear lever and the brake lever which allows longitudinal adjustment of the position of the tip by 10 mm. The adjustable plates allow for 6 to 9 different footpeg positions allowing you to find the best set-up for your riding style. The kit includes the titanium heel guards, all the screws necessary for assembly, the gear rod of the correct length, the spherical joints on the gearbox and brake side and the pressure switch for the stop light. All spare parts are always available for VMC platforms.
